Pacific Island High School Science Content Developer
Nationwide across New Zealand (Casual Contract)

Nanogirl Labs is working as part of an international team to develop a programme of science education resources for year 10 teachers in Pacific Island schools across The Cook Islands, Samoa, Solomon Islands and Vanuatu.  

We are seeking a science content writer to help us to bring a local knowledge lens when developing content that aligns with the year 10 national science curriculum.

The content will be used by teachers in the above countries who may not have a science background or access to a science lab, so experience of communicating science concepts to non-scientists is preferred. 

The successful applicant to this role will be an experienced science educator with knowledge of
Pacific and indigenous world views.

This is a 12 month part-time role with flexible working hours and location within New Zealand.
